Wealth Psychic is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of California and acts as the party responsible for the information described in this Policy.

Section 1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically as you use the website, and information we receive from service providers acting on our behalf.

Information you provide directly

Identifying and contact information such as your name, email address, mobile telephone number and postal city or region.

Reading inputs, meaning the responses you submit to our questionnaires regarding your spending habits, saving behavior, income patterns, financial goals and attitudes toward money.

Membership and account information, including login credentials and program preferences.

Payment information submitted when purchasing a membership. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Correspondence, including messages sent to our support team and responses to surveys.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time spent and interaction events, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers or financial account credentials through the website.

Section 2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to operate and improve our services and to communicate with you. Specifically, we use it to generate and deliver your personalized reading and archetype result, to create and administer your account, to process membership payments, to provide customer support, to send transactional communications relating to your account, to send promotional marketing communications where you have consented to receive them, to analyze and improve the performance and content of our website and educational material, to protect against fraud and abuse, and to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your reading inputs to make any decision about your eligibility for credit, insurance, housing, employment or any other benefit, and we do not sell your personal information.

Section 3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure site performance and understand how visitors use the website. Some of these technologies are operated by analytics and advertising service providers on our behalf. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain parts of the website. Where required by applicable law, we obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies.

Section 4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances described in this section.

Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, including website hosting, data storage, analytics, email delivery, text message delivery, customer support tooling and payment processing. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us and are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order or other legal process, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Company, our customers or the public.

Business transfers. If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to ensure the information remains protected in accordance with this Policy.

With your direction. We share information with third parties when you expressly direct us to do so.

Mobile Information and Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent records collected through our text messaging program are used solely to operate that program and are disclosed only to the messaging service providers necessary to deliver the messages you have asked to receive. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Additional terms governing the messaging program, including cancellation and help instructions and the list of participating carriers, appear in our Terms of Service.

Section 5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested, to maintain your account and reading history, to comply with our legal, accounting and reporting obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Records of SMS consent and opt-out are retained for the period required to demonstrate compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or de-identify it.

Section 6. Security

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. These include encryption of information in transit, access controls limiting internal access to personnel with a business need, and use of reputable third-party processors for payment handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Section 7. Your Rights and Choices

You may access, correct or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, request a copy of that information in a portable format, opt out of promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, and opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. Withdrawing consent to marketing communications does not affect transactional messages relating to an active account.

Residents of California have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties to whom information is disclosed; the right to request deletion; the right to request correction; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. The Company does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by that statute. Residents of other jurisdictions may hold comparable rights under applicable law.

To exercise any right described in this section, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will verify your request before acting on it and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Section 8. Children's Privacy

The website and all Company services are intended for adults aged eighteen and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete it promptly. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information to us should contact us using the details in Section 11.

Section 9. Third-Party Websites

The website may contain links to websites and resources operated by third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit.

Section 10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services or applicable law. The current version is always available on the website, and your continued use of the website following the posting of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of it. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
